I was convinced by my brother to invest in bitcoin because before I don't believe in it but since I learned that he gained more what he expected so I decided to join. And now I shared it to my friends and most of them are very interested in investing bitcoin and luckily they joined at last.

During the past 4-5 years, I might have talked to at least 100 people, trying to convince them about the advantages of Bitcoin. 95% of the people ignored me. The remaining 5% initially showed some interest, but after some time they also lost their curiosity about Bitcoins.
The timings for the motivation is always the key feature and must be kept in the mind before telling the people about the crypto currency. Last year when the bitcoin was on the rise, I told my friends about this amazing currency and different features offered by this and it worked, and a few of them invested in the bitcoin but Later on when the price started to decline, I never told anyone about this because I knew that it will back fire and due to the continuous loss, no one will give any attention.

Bitcoin has been awesome and will always be awesome. We, who have been involved in Bitcoin since the very early days understand this very well. However, for the laymen, for the people who don't really understand the technical aspects of Bitcoin or those who only watch the mainstream media are skeptic about Bitcoin. Since, all they hear in the News is how Bitcoin can be used for illegal activities and how it offers complete anonymity (common misconception) to people to do what they need on Internet.

Have you ever convinced or encouraged anyone to invest in Bitcoin and did you have success? Of course, since we know that we are giving a good advice, so we would usually advice our own family members or friends about this.

In the past few months, I encouraged some of my friends to invest in Bitcoin. They had a lot of questions about it from technical perspective and I helped them understand. They invested in Bitcoin and are very happy with the returns. And now this information propagates and more people will get involved in Bitcoin.

In my humble opinion, as a Bitcoin enthusiast, we can help understand people the positive aspects of Bitcoin. The price of Bitcoin is still in the very initial stages and those of us who really understand what Bitcoin offers, know that Bitcoin Price is only 1/10th of what it's worth right now.

What are the most common responses you get from laymen about investing in Bitcoin?

Some popular ones I receive are:

1. "Oh, it's already too expensive, I cannot afford to buy it."
2. "The governments don't regulate it, why should I invest in it?"
3. "It's an illegal currency and only cyber criminals use it."
4. "What backs up Bitcoin? For example US Dollar is backed by Trust (all time favorite response Cheesy), but what backs up Bitcoin?"
5. "The market is way too volatile to invest."
6. "You can't really use Bitcoin as a currency."
I've been convincing a lot of people to join me and invest in Bitcoin, but only a fraction of them are interested in earning this new profit, and many others think this is going to be legal. Of the government, so they do not participate because of fear.

As of now I haven't experience convincing someone on investing in bitcoin because even me I do not really know what gonna happen when you invest because I still studying everything about it but based on those people who are sharing their experience in investing some says that it is too risky where you didn't know if your money that you invest will increase it's value or not.

Yeah, I have a close friend that I convinced to invest in bitcoin. In the beginning, he is just not believing in bitcoin world but I push him to invest on it. So now, he is still starting to invest and continuously working on it because he wants to be a rich someday and I want it too so I will do my best in bitcoin world.

Yes I convinced several people and they are now involved and happy with this, but you should not force, you should just inform, and if they like it they will invest. If person does not understand crypto he/she will not be able to earn money and will be angry at you, because you forced.

i have encouraged quite a number of people to invest  on Bitcoins but has only successfully convinced a few, most people seem too hesitant to venture into BTC, with most sighting its unpredictability and volatile market as a reason not to invest
Bitcoin today is amazing, thats why I incouraged my relatives,  my friends,  and my co-workmates to invovled in and get started to invest and trade in bitcoin, for now bitcoin is  playing inconsistent to there prices but still  i convince everyone to get in because we dont knowing bitcoin prices can automically increasing .The opportunities and the benefits  of bitcoin has a big impact especially when we are earning money that can sustain our wants and needs.

Let's just say, I recommended my friends to invest in bitcoin, but never persuaded anyone, and even more so did not force. This is a free choice for everyone.

I see no reason to convince anyone, I can only give a recommendation or talk about bitcoin, if I am asked about it. But nothing more.

Convincing or encouraging someone to invest in bitcoin is very hard especially if the person has no knowledge about bitcoin,I tried to convinced my sister to join bitcoin but she rejected my offer.

For me, yes I convince and encourage someone to invest and learn what bitcoin is. My friend tells me about bitcoin because he knows that I need some new source of income, in return, I also encourage and convince my family and friends to try out bitcoin. I assure them because I know that they also need some source of income.   Smiley

Yes, of course. It was like I always tell the whole world about my participation in Bitcoin. I tell it to my friends, colleagues, family members and a lot more. I told them the benefits and how amazing Bitcoin is. Some of them didn't believe in me but others tried to join. And one thing we realized, Bitcoin is indeed amazing!

Yes i did encourage someone to invest in bitcoin but since the price of bitcoin is too costly they did not invest on it. It is hard to encourage and convince someone specially if its too costly as well they are lack in proper education about bitcoin.

I think you are a good person but sooner or later you will also recognize that your kindness is affecting your life because when you've convinced anyone to join and invest in bitcoin, you will be responsible for that person, and of course, they will have a lot of things to ask you. And I believe you will be quite a headache, feel annoying and tired when they constantly ask you to answer from the basics to the complex, even when they lose money, they will complain and get angry with you, believe me, you'll regret because you've convinced them

investing is scary even to people who know what bitcoin is , i see the most important is using it in daily stuff then the decision of investing will come, people in Africa are using it to pay for bulk products instantly from Dubai and china already, investing means you can sell bitcoin to the businessmen who needs it in your country, that can be profitable .
