A lot of altcoins are pumped. I'd rather buy ICO's and hold them for the long term as altcoins.
Those altcoins that I have are growing when Bitcoin rise. This is first of the second fork of BTC. I mean Litecoin. My favorite coin. I continue purchasing this as soon as I’ll get cash for investments |

i buying some cheap coin, actually i don't believe that coins will be pumped in short time next. i just hold it for collection and make sell order ten times above than i buy it. for investment, i buy litecoin too, i see that litecoin look like growing up.

I have a very simple strategy. I invest in ICOs I like and then try to hold long term, min 3-4 months. This was my hair is not turning gray and I have the potential to make decent profit. For major coins like btc or ltc, I'm keeping certain budget unless some other coin shows up where I see enough potential.
I do not even know, and how you have a result, from what I know so to do now is no use at all. It's easier to bathe on etherdelta coins, or just sell x2 when you go to the stock exchange if there is a stir and then reboot. I'm still buying altcoins because I feel I'm afraid of bitcoin. Getting altcoins from excahnge platforms is easy and selling them with profits is not that hard. I only hope they can make price rallies for us. Yes, there is a possibility that in early 2018 there will be a full party with bitcoin in a bad way. There is such a possibility. I think that it is worth buying a few other alternative crypto currency. |

I am investing only a small proportion of my capital in altcoins, because taking into account the great growth potential that bitcoin and ethereum still have, my two favorite cryptos, I have decided to keep most of my assets in those two coins. Maybe at this moment I am only investing 20% of my capital in altcoins, but I must admit that given the great profitability they are generating, I may increase my investment up to 30-40%.

I wouldn't call that cheap price, compared to usd price of almost all altcoins went up. Now it is already unclear what is better to buy, bitcoin or altcoin. Everywhere a strong risk...
If you have any doubts buy bitcoin. It will never fail you  Or be one of those guys who are waiting all the time and never buying  |

I buy sometimes but a little bit. Because the market of altcoyins is so unstable and chaotic, I would not risk investing a lot of money there.

A few altcoins. A lot of altcoins are just vehicles to make money for others, but there are a few nice projects which are worth it imo.

I started buying few of them that just went out of ico stage and are in withdrwal stage that i belive are good projects and worth investing in.Currently i am waiting to see will the bulls continue to run or bears will take over and i am guessing we will find that out in a few days.My plan is to wait a bit before buying alts for a crypto market pullback since most of the coins are on their ath compared to $ value,there seems to be some good projects of so called 3rd generation of crypto currency

I have tried to invest in Altcoins but until now I have losses because I think I invested to not performing coins so we really be careful on choosing. Up to now, my invested capital is in idle mode that I cannot withdraw and I need to hold it to have gains. As I've noticed, some Crypto are falling so I go back to invest in Bitcoin. The Bitcoin price is too high currently but if it's keep on rising you can still earn from it if you will hold it for long term investment. Bitcoin really performs well this 2017 and I believe this will continue until next year. |

I just purchased ETH the last day and then yesterday it was 720$. SO i traded it last night, and it pays off. Yeah, really, a lot of the altcoins are falling but not ETH. Its also increasing like the Bitcoin. |

Yes I am, But it can't be deny that most of it are scam and not legit. Though there are still altcoin in this industry was legit to buy just check the coinmarketcap top 30 listed in there then its up to you on which of them for you is good to buy in. And it is also normal when Bitcoin arise up while majority of the altcoins was dumped also. |

I started late in cryptocurrency and I heard about Altcoin especially about Ethereum and I think it is worth to buy. As of now I don't buy Altcoin but if I'm gonna buy, I will prefer ETH or Ethereum. |

I believe all coins will continue to rise so you could buy and hold any good one and itll def grow, you just have to wait
and with ADA i see no reason why it wont be in the dollars
but just my opinion

Currently, i am not buying any altcoins despite some of them have dropped its value. However, i have a couple of altcoins in my list that i am trying to watch and wait until its value will be a bit low so i can get it in an affordable price. altcoin values lately were on a rollercoaster and some have really dropped but i am waiting for some coins to go down.

Im actually buying altcoins in Pre-ICO where the price is still too cheap. Some of theses altcoins have promising future where I can invest in small amount and maybe profit big as time goes by. I dont really inves much in bitcoin because it is already so expensive, so my biggest share of cryptocoin is in ethereum and litecoin, and then smaller amounts of other altcoins.
