It’s been a while since the last time I bought an altcoin but there were great times to buy alt coins lately. Alt coins lost so much attraction lately and surely they will make an comeback. So it could be wise to buy them.

Yes, I do, mainly for accumulating more BTC, or I believe in their team and buy it for long term. Sometimes I buy low market cap coins with great news coming, but can't. hold em (sold my EMC2 when it was .20, still happy with 3x tho). It is really difficult to say when to leave it for maximising profit (with a possibility of shorting as well)

Why not! Absolutely it is the right time to invest to alt coins while the price is low. Because eventually it will get high again. As you can see this fall price season is giving us opportunity to buy altcoins. This is the time that most of traders awaited. But dont be so greedy my friend. You have to analyze the situation carefully. Even though we all know that coins can recover sooner or later, it is not giving us guaranteed success. Why? coz not all alt coins are good. Buy Ripple, we have seen how independent ripple is and how strong it is when we saw almost every coin's price falling while ripple is gaining a bit. Bitcoin affected most coins especially those on the list of top coins except for ripple. I never expect ripple to have these gains in the last few months but I now realized its potential.
