Why you say you don't know how much bitcoin he has to started this challange? He already said it he'd starting from 0.03 btc to 3 btc (900% or 100x increase). Do you get it now?

That is really a big goal and I would love to see if you can achieve it with the BTC run in progress. Can you share your progress?

then I made a bittrex account, tried buying a mining rig online, and lost over 2 grand.

not vexxed about it because my portfolio has grown in the interim and will be worth more in 6 months, bu losing sucks.

0.03 btc to 3 btc? that is possible but man how long you gonna do it? the 2 chances are you will lose everything and the second is that you will never get too far away from your initial btc.

Not so big challenge? Really? 

Seems a real hard challenge to accomplish. To double money isn't easy, now imagine to make x100 profit... It will take a lot of time and dedication, 3 millions of satoshis aren't a big bankroll to start what will make it even more difficult. I think it's an acceptable challenge, but dangerous as the goal is high and greed can take place in OP's mind. Better to begin slowly, make some profit, withdraw, then make some profit again, withdraw...

I love this challenge, please keep us posted what's going on ... really interested in what are your trades and what's outcome. Although peiple here say that 0.03 BTC is not a lot, I think that's exactly the challenge...to make something out of nothing!

turning 0.03 Bitcoin into 3 Bitcoin is a possible challenge in my opinion because i ever encountered somehing like that before,
but you need a lot of time to do that and also some luck,you need more than 100x to gain that point.
which mean the best thing that you need to do is buying and selling an altcoin other than buying Bitcoin.
it will not work if you're buying and selling a top cryptocurrency because it will take a years to accomplish all of it.
a newly reborn coin or project are the best object to accomplish it,but it's very risky because we may lose it all if we're choosing the wrong one.
also do not ask about his progress everyday because he may be update it every month  or week because day trade will not bring you any of those profit.

Not sure what strategies you are going to apply to your trade logics but of course it will be test of your trading abilities as it is not so easy to turn 0.03 into 3 Btc.
Seems this is only possible in gambling. You should also be prepare for loss of your whole investments because there is no guarantee on getting success in every bet.
Gambling mostly depends on luck, if you are not lucky enough, stop this procedure.

I think the bold part is kind of contradictory because how do you intend to achieve that if you don't know how to go about it. But all the same you already have a clue and I will be looking at how its going to go about and how you want to post your progress report. I don't know if that will be allowed on the forum because that would be like sharing trading tips which would be no different than the pump and dumps groups that we have on slack and telegram platforms couple with the attacks you will have to face for those who will be for or against your decision making.

x100 increase in fiat is not too difficult. But 0.03 btc to 3 BTc is not easy.

Nice, I look forward to this, do you have any kind of strategy to achieve this, for example day trading or will you be comprising many methods such as investing in ICOs also? I really think this is possible but it may take you quite some time. If you could complete this inside a year that would be quite an achievement.

I read all your comments and never would I expected it would draw this much interest. I thank you guys for all your support and enthusiasm! So, one question I'm been seeing is what my strategy will be. The strategy is to have no set strategy and to be flexible because of changing market conditions/trends. So, right now what I will be looking for is alts with strong fundamentals that have been oversold (good for a quick rebound play) and alts that are holding well despite the BTC rise.

The challenge has started and our first trade was made yesterday. My reason for this play is that it fits our current criteria of it holding well despite the BTC rise (actually rose too). Also, I think there may be a top incoming with BTCUSD + the Segwit2x drama might have some effects too. That might result in people moving into BCC/BCH temporarily. I know it is a hated coin too, but our goal is to trade and make profit.




Note - I will avoid posting trades live that involves low marketcap coins for obvious reasons.
