Bittrex does not validate documents?

I hear Bittrex does not validate documents?
A friend tell me he is blocked at this step, like if form is bugged/does not display on page.

Firstly you have posted in wrong section. Secondly, bittrex uses some third party to validate documents. And there are no bugs on verification page.

This thread should be on Service Discussion> Exchange. I would tell my experience on verification process. I didnt even experience such thing on bittrex. Theres no bug and you wont really be blocked on the spot on a certain step.If it does not display on page then it is most likely the problem is on your browser.Have you tried out using another web browser?

Why did not your friend come to ask that question? as everyone has said is your friend who has problems, the days ago someone I know checked his account without problems. just tell your friend to try other browsers or computers. Just do not waste time sending a  support ticket because the chances of answering are few

use support ticket system only.

e-mail not working

send one support ticket and wait patiently for reply or solving your problem.

some cases a support member contact you, some cases not but yr problem will be solved.

be patient. support not too fast. they need 1 or 2 weeks for solving, but after when yt problem is still exists just send a reminder with their twitter channel w your ticket number.  dont open multiple ticket. dont bagging them too much messages.
