Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

This is the first project in the space that actually backed by academics and research papers on prior to building it. Just wow, Looking forward on the computation layer. I think K framework is very cool.

But one question. Would the Cardano project be in direct competition with Ethereum Classic? If you think not, then what key differences are there between the 2 and how is Cardano a more advantageous investment when compared to ETC?
