Hello all, bit of a longshot, but i'm looking for anyone who has any suggestions of how i could get my money back out of this scam casino cryptosdice.com I deposited bitcoins to them to be part of the bankrole, when i decided to withdraw i withdrew 2 transaction, sonly received one of them, they are still holding over 0.3 btc, almost a year later, no answers to support tickets, twitter messages, emails or bitcointalk messages on their thread. btc is prob lost, but if anyone has any ideas would be very grateful!

Yeah, sadly Bitcoin means they don't even need any gambling license to set up a site, so of course there will be shady people and companies. Best idea is to stick to the well known ones if you really want to.

For close to a year and you think the money would still be recovered, I expect you to have moved on or should have come out earlier. A year ago 0.3btc would be 1/3rd of what it is today and if they couldn't give you your coin then, how will they make it available when it could cost a fortune to do that now.

Anyone who claim to help you recover and ask that you pay, only wants to get more of the money you have around because those team or individual would have been long gone by now.

Oh my, this is so sad to know mate, it is a year mate and still you are hoping for this money to come back to your account, actually there is no hope that you gonna have the money back to your account anymore, no scammers will gonna return your money back. A scammer always a scammers, just learned lesson will be given back to you. Especially that the team is not contacting you for year.

Why are you only going to take action now if you are stuck with them for almost a year? The only way to recover that is when they will send it back to you. Sorry but bitcoin transactions are irreversible, you have to accept it mate and I'm feeling sorry about it. There's no indication and intention from them that they will return it to you.

This is a weird gambling experience with such promising dice website.
I just came across zcash forum and read your complaint there also that was posted 19 days before.
I saw cryptosdice account owner on this forum is offline since august 2017, may be they release your bitcoin once they come online here.
You should wait or find their license provider to make them listen your issue.

I actually don't think you are going to get back your money from the scam site quite frankly because it was a scam, they took your money so why would they return the money. There maybe a way that is if  you get hold of the person person behind  this scam then you may have a chance to get your money back and that would be vwry difficult.

yes, i wasnt thinking of just asking nicely for it back, more bad publicity, legal methods etc, or some idea i've not thought of to force them to give it back, they won't do it willingly

Never heard of that site, nor i have seen any posts about it ever since i'm using Bitcoins. You should have searched for a more safe and trustworthy dice site and deposited there if you wanted to gamble. There are many more well-reputed dice sites around which have been running for years now. I know it is really difficult for you, but it is partly your mistake to deposit your bitcoins to a site which is not really a good and high ranked casino. I hope your issue gets solved though.

The name you mentioned never heard about it , i dont know what was your source which led you to that site but my friend you should always check before depositing money in a online casino . normally casinos dont run out like that way you mentioned . there are many sites which are running well from years. i hope your issue gets resolved but i would suggest to move on and next time pls do proper research before putting your hard earned money anywhere .

Year later? Thats already too long for a withdrawal.Talking on the site i didnt even see this dice site.As i have observed i was amazed that there are still players who do play on such site but possibly those are just admins or owner of the site itself just to lure up new players and also each bet do have corresponding hashes and seeds for more convincing regarding on its legitimacy.Have you already posted scam accusations on this one?
Sorry for your loss of bitcoin and 0.3 btc is quiet a serious amount already basing on the current price of bitcoin.
