Your own ICO in front of the investors - what the site, WP and social media of the project should be like?

We have studied dozens of other projects of the ICO and, during the creation of our website and writing a White Paper NEDVIGA we tried to put ourselves in the place of an investor and to provide the information that would be important. 2. White Paper

As far as I know, now the real estate market in Moscow and the suburbs has subsided. I do not know how things are in Peterburg, where your team is from, but in Moscow exactly. Entire villages are built for the Moscow Ring Road and I'm not sure that they will be able to be implemented quickly.

Our invest strategy - issuance of loans secured by real estate.

We issue loans secured by real estate for an amount not exceeding 50% of the market price of the
property at a rate of 3-5% per month.

Taking into consideration the defaults/penalties, the yield on this strategy is 36-150% per annum.
