I have read this analysis and found it very interesting. At the same time it seems difficult task to refund the investors because tokens have been traded widely and many early investors have sold at loss. There is some kind of messy situation and question appears what formula or base will be used to refund ? Everyone would be happy to receive some portion of money but will remain to see how practical it is and the way of execution of refunding in future.

Yes, it seems to be more difficult because EVN tokens have been traded, is it possible to buy back tokens in exchange or swap?

There were no updates or announcements from both sides lately. In begin they screamed loud, accusing each other and now when facts are good known they stopped with communication. All scammers behave like this.

Tomorrow is the day when next hearing and appearance in court is scheduled. I hope we will have to see something interesting which is related to us those invested unfortunately. By tomorrow we don't have what to hear and many things will be cleared tomorrow without any delay hopefully.

Well, if you did read the latest founders update from the 7th you would see that they reference this. "The next court date is scheduled for June 21st".
So lets wait until tomorrow or friday and see if there's an update or not.

This is just another failed pump while we have no real solution for ongoing problems. I think if we can make profit if we bought at low price than it is good chance for those but early investors are still into bad situation.

It is back , but the price of the token is at the moment 0.00$. HitBtc seems to not be suporting the token anymore .
The token was ofcourse a scam . We can only hope that the pressure will force those who wanted to make something real , make something out of it . Very sad .

Envion has no risk. Either ways Envion investors will gain. If the court case comes out good production will go on, if they decide to pay back investors, it will be from $.70 to $1 ico price. It's a win win for anybody buying Envion now

The positive news is important because they collected nearly 100 million dollars from the people and really this is not good for the company because if they keep dragging the situation. This makes people confuse more about the idea behind the Envion, many people trust the company but how can they do this type of thing so that investors lose hope on this project.

So today is the court day, i am not sure if we can get any update yet, since it's a difficult case and requires an understanding from the judge on how the blockchain works.
