I didn't trust Envion since I posted on the second page of this thread and I certainly don't trust them now. I never owned any Envion tokens and I never will. But I feel sorry for the investors, even though they should have been aware of the red flags before investing.
I wouldn't be surprised if this is an orchestrated show. How come both the founders and Woestmann break the news on the 16th, including a website, press coverage and videos? Now there's a so called legal battle, which is a distraction to mask the question: where is the $100 million?
Has anyone tracked down those $100 million?
What investors should do is organize a class-action suit and reclaim those ICO funds.
As I got it so far, some funds under the founders control and other part is somewhere else. Many rumors. |

I bought 2k EVN back in the ICO. I should laugh at myself. Oh well. I invested in a few other ICOs that are chugging along quite nicely. No point in selling my coins for a 90% loss now. Just gonna hold the bag and ride the roller coaster to the end. One ICO banked majorly and covered my investments in everything, actually  Feeling sad about your big loss. I don't think so you should sell your envion tokens at this cheap value. Best option is hold 2k Envion tokens than sell out at very low price. Take risk create chances. They might be on track in future after solve their illegal tokens issue. Yes im not taking 10 cents on the dollar id rather "gamble" on things working out. actually it is not 90%. you are losing about 80% right now Overview

let the investors vote some representatives, that are under NDA from founders and MW's side. They could vet the evidence/contracts/lawsuits and at least confirm that they are existing
i really think even if they would not be able to talk about content - confirmation would calm down a lot of investors

I was just googling about the legal issues on Envion. Your math sounds all nice and peachy lol but until they solve their legal accusations, I wouldnt put any more money into it. I will leave the money I invested in it,becuase it already lost 88% of its value, it would be foolish to sell now. Better wait until it goes back up.

Super !! all token and coins are high risk investments. but every investor knows this in advance. and who has invested here and now has no more money should go back to school. if the money is gone then you are unlucky. ethereum could also fall to 2 dollars tomorrow. everything is possible in crypto |

Yes. Super !! all token and coins are high risk investments. but every investor knows this in advance. and who has invested here and now has no more money should go back to school. if the money is gone then you are unlucky. ethereum could also fall to 2 dollars tomorrow. everything is possible in crypto What is your source to that inside Ethereum could fall to that level of $2 but you know this this is not possible if we look over the adoption of that network but on other side EVN has totally different story we can make it compare with any stable project who have transparent system. This project is suffering from inside problem CEO get more greedy after achieve the hard cap. |

Mr. Woestmann invested in Solon SE when it was worth around $10 million. A couple of years later it was worth ~$300 million. That is when Woestmann exited. Months later it went bankrupt.
The city of Berlin and the state of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern pumped €146 million of free money into Solon in that time.
Woestmann profited. Investors lost. Taxpers lost.
Thomas Krupke was the CEO of Solon. He was installed on the board of directors of Clere AG.
The majority shareholder of Clere AG is Thomas van Aubel. Van Aubel took over Balda AG, falsely accused board memebers of fraud and replaced them with his lackies, then renamed the company Clere.
Last summer van Aubel tried to get Clere AG delisted from exchanges and offer shareholders the market price for their stock which was severly undervalued after the chaos he caused. He would pocket the tens of miillions of Euros remaining in the company.
Thomas van Aubel and his wife Jutta von Falkenhausen are now the majority shareholders of envion.
They and Woestmann have suggested delisting EVN and offering some kind of replacement while crashing the token price. They have falsely accused envion's founders of fraud.

At the present moment, there is only so much we can reveal publically about the status of the legal actions taking place: mostly because we can't have this sensitive information getting into the wrong hands.
We delete posts that insinuate we are a scam. We are most certainly not a scam: everything we have done has been within a legal jurisdiction and every contract we have drawn up as been to the highest legal standards and to prevent the worst case scenario happening. It could be argued that we have made some mistakes along the way, but, we have token contracts and EVERYTHING we have done is supported by smart contracts and is recorded on the blockchain. Daily volume is still over $50k and main source of volume is HitBTC at the moment. It seems that people are keep doing trading as long as it allows them. When I think about these people still keep buying in hope of everything to become good sooner and they will be big winner it gives me sensation of gamblers. They are doing gamble apparently the game is over but sometimes gambles work.

In my opinion envion token holders are panic from the current situation of the envion project. They are thinking this project is no more and it's price will be at zero very soon but Let's hope they will solve the issue and start working on project. So we wait for the news from Founders.
Let's stay calm and avoid rumors and FUD.

If anybody wants to know exactly what is going on with Envion ICO then I found a great article which is a summary of this case. The author looks at all aspects of this case. This a real professional in deep research and everybody interested in Envion case should read this. I'm not the author or promoter of this page. I'm a dumb investor and bounty hunter who participated in ICO and promotional bounty campaign for this scam. So I lost two times. First, money invested (almost 90%).
