Securities and exchange Commission has set good example which will set game rules for rest of the ICO's. That should be applied here as well without need of prolonging the case and may be court will seek help from the recent decision. Investors should not only be refunded but also compensated for the losses and being misguided. I expect interesting things ahead even still darkness but light is there.

This rule has just been made lately. for this scams project if they want to return investors' money it seems that it is not difficult because they certainly have the data. which became a problem they did not want to return and continue to lie with what actually happened. |

This rule has just been made lately. for this scams project if they want to return investors' money it seems that it is not difficult because they certainly have the data. which became a problem they did not want to return and continue to lie with what actually happened. Envion still investigated by FINMA but there is no more info about result, i think it will take long time to release the final statement. Hope so investors will get their money or founders will run the project and hire new CEO and Fraud CEO will be punish by laws. |

Taking money back is not easy process as many of us think. I also have seen the form provided by the project which was used as reference. You have to provided information of everything in details like transactions, transfers and what what did since you purchased. It is very complicated process that's why I have less hopes of refunding for everyone.

I cannot make a statement about the near future because I don't know FInma's timeline. It could be the near future when they finish their investigation and it might not be.
The founders are committed to advancing the concept. There was never any plan to just use one design forever. Improved designs and customized minining units for special installations were already in development before we had to shut things down because Woestmann paralyzed the project.
The same plan for continued progress and mining development will be implemented if/when ownership is restored to the founders.
Founders still want to run this project! I think investigation will be finish after long time, next year. Yeah CEO blast the project and he should be in jail  But we are appreciated the work of founders, hope Hardwork will survive the project in near future. Anyway, if this project will be run in future, I think it will have bad reputation. Envion team will have to work very hard for changing community assessment. It is very difficult of course to change all that has happened because this project already has a bad reputation but if the team works hard maybe the project will be trusted again |

After some months that i dont read this thread, is there anyone that can make 1 phrase with what happened and if we ever get back our money? just 10-15 words, not much effort to just let us understand.
That is very complicated procedure to get our money back the investigation is still going on and nobody knows when it will get completed. We can keep hope one day we will get back our money this project but there is no time frame when it will happen. Thank you for the answer. Hopefully we will hear something also with emails or contacts, because many of us can't follow this thread day by day, so hopefully, also within some years, there will be a partial refund automatic... |

From where you are taking this data this is no more active on Hitbtc they removed this market few months ago but you are still able to see in active state. Kindly share the link I don't have access to this trading pair on that exchange? |

It's confirmed this token not have any active market on HitBTC. They have no future plan just wasting the time and trying make delay as long as they can. |

You are not following the project for few months that's why don't know what developers are building here. Mining farm is not viable business for investors this is being proven by insolvency shown by one US based project. Even if thee guys were not entering in the issues still they were incompatible to run such business. They had to reach at this end sooner or later.
