why I can't got the BTG in bittrex？

You just have to wait.. Here is their statement regarding the Bitcoin Gold fork and BTG distribution:

Bittrex will make all reasonable attempts to credit our users BTG but until we have a fully supported wallet, we can neither guarantee tokens or consider creating a market. We will continue to monitor the state of the codebase and network. We'd also like to encourage the BTG development team to reach out to us.

How can they credit BTG to users if a fully supported wallet is not yet available?
Bittrex will credit accounts after BTG wallet release. It's just going to take some time.

btg is supported by bittrex but no information has been confirmed btg on the bittrex you wait for the segwit2 end then you may get btg from bittrex if you previously held bitcon on 25 - 10
