Our VINchain wallet has 2 modes of operation: cloud wallet and local wallet. Your wallet will be opened in the cloud mode by default - this method maximizes security as no one will be able to find the key on the web. Later on you can convert to a local wallet if you would like.

Basically the instructions for "unlocking your VIN wallet" is as simple as importing your VIN private keys (the one you got from the swap process). But I believe you can only see the coins in a live network. Is there a blockchain running? How about a block explorer?

why do you want to withdraw? where do you transfer it ?

Hi, I did the wallet swap last week, I downloaded the wallet software to my PC, it recognises my wallet name when I enter my account name as I get a Basic Member number but it fails to recognise my password. I keep getting incorrect password. Any ideas please?
