the one who croins is Satoshi Nakamoto and i think there are other people who inveted and developed the bitcoins.

Almost all information online with regards to this question says Satoshi Nakamoto is the name used by the unknown person or persons who designed bitcoin and created its original reference implementation. There are also several claims of other people who said they made it. Up to this day, noone can confirm the identity of the person who created it.

As far as I know the creator of Bitcoin is Satoshi Nakamoto. he is Japanese .I do not know if this news source is correct
