Why cannot we take legal action against poloniex?

Poloniex has scammed many including me.
Loss amount .52btc.
And my account still locked for 2mothns now.

This is not just me there are several like me .

Why cannot we all who have lost money at poloniex get united and sue poloniex in usa ?

Maybe you could find more, who have same experiences like you, you could move your thread to scam accusation. Here in forum is also an attourny, who is so nice to answer questions for free.

it's not about why we can not take a legal action,
but it's only some people did that before and some of them did not get what they want.
most of the victim came from oversea and did not from poloniex residence,
they're thinking about their expenses when they want to do a legal action to them plus they did not know about their legal rule,
so it's not about we can not but instead we did not do that in the beginning.
also i heard about so called agent or lawyer or something like that in this forum and offer you 'that' action.
but to be honest i never trust that kind of service because never heard they made it.

I believe there is more power when people come together in oneness. But what I will suggest is to look closely at their terms and conditions to ascertain that they don't have a point to lock an account anytime as when they think is necessary. This little piece might be a stumbling block in your pursuit, as no court can tell a business how to run itself as long as its operations is within acceptable standard of the law.
