[EVOO] Extra virgin olive oil from Crete, Greece - Updated!

We are launching a new Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) brand out of island of Crete, Greece.

Our olive oil is produced using a "cold press" method from non-GMO olives of Koroneiki variety.
The oil is not mixed or refined in any way, it is not exposed to heat or chemical additives.
Extraction process happens just hours after olives are collected from the trees and the oil is kept in air-tight containers at around 15C to preserve maximum quality and great taste, until bottling.

What do we need?

We are bootstrapping the whole cost and we have enough funds for a small exclusive production run, around 6000 x 0.5l bottles.
We are raising additional capital which will help us grow the business faster this year, by investing in marketing and better sales channels.
The fund would pay a % based dividend in crypto yearly and these payouts will grow along with the profits generated by the business.

What is the revenue potential?

Production of each 0.5l bottle (including the product, sales cost, marketing, etc.) will cost us around $5-$7.
Our target MSRP for 0.5l bottle will be around $35-$40.
Additional revenue will come from limited edition runs, premium gift packaging and co-branding.

Trying to understand how you envisage a target MSRP at that price range. 3 litres of premium Australian EVOO fetches a price less than that.

Some EVOOs from Greece are sold for over $70 per 500ml bottle.

The $35-40 price range is common for EVOO which comes from small family owned farms and is usually presented in premium packaging (decorated glass or hand made ceramics) - see here for a broader price sample across premium EVOO producers: https://shop.bestoliveoils.com
The main differentiation here is packaging and limited quantity - and we will only produce 3 tons this year.
It is our first ever harvest as well.

There is relatively cheap good quality EVOO available in Greece too, which is sold in similar 1-3l cans, however we are not competing with or planning to target the supermarket customers, but rather individuals across EU who do not have access to premium EVOO at home and want to buy this EVOO as a gift to someone or for their own enjoyment in limited quantities.

Our e-shop will accept over 20 cryptocurrencies, and we have interested customers in pre-order queue already, as well as a network of contacts across EU in premium restaurants and hotels.

We will regularly publish data about the sales numbers arising from EVOO token investments here and on our website, and pay out dividends once every few months, depending on how well the sales go (bigger sales = more frequent payouts).
If there is larger interest, we will set up a smart contract or a lawyer based escrow process to pay out the dividends.
