We were testing an update and it may have caused visitors not to be able to select that option. These are the kind of kinks we are working through during this beta test phase. Finally, after multiple requests, I got my bonus tokens. A few days in a row I got false claims that they send tokens but without any proof of the transaction.
I can only say, very unprofessional!

In addition, interesting to note, all buy orders have disappeared from etherdelta before that. The best price per token is just over $0,003 currently!

Customer did NOT include their ethereum address in the order comments like requested so we couldn't automatically process the order. We requested the address and sent the bonus tokens shortly thereafter.

Looks like you were able to dump some of your tokens on EtherDelta for a nice profit so good for you.
