Each router has its own specific range. The worldwide decentralized WiFi network is created due to the massive number of all routers participating in the Wi-Fi Global system.

Great and brilliant concept, am just imagining how this concept will work which I believe it would,  because a system is already in place to enable free Wi-Fi users get Access to the service by way of watching ads, more like incentivizing effort and input
