Yeah they distribute it to all GIO holders but you have to hold your GIO in the exchange not in other wallets and also total supply of GIO is 2 billion out of which 10% is premined and many are mining it continuously so even if you will invest 1000$+ in GIO right now you won't get any good amount of divided per day like in other exchanges which offer divided.
