Yes, exactly.  The coins that I am mining, I am giving away.  You can check the block explorer for that http://explore.zenithcoin.com .

Furthermore, the first 1728 blocks are going to all the miners who participated regardless of their hash power.

In fact, the fund itself is under 50%, which eventually means that some kind of buyback is in order.
