To my knowledge we are over 24 hours without an update to Investors. In my honest opinion these updates should be more frequent in order to continue to ease the community. Any idea what the status is of accessing ICO and / or bonus coins is? Is there any sort of timeframe we can expect as of yet? It is kind of sickening to watch the price continue to drop as investors sit and wait. Although I feel bad for those that bought on the hype and purchased mined coins at anything over ICO price currently.

Please let's get an update to the Investors though.

Don't look for updates here, check official places like websites, blogs, Facebook and Twitter etc. Bitcointalk,  as good as it is to find new projects, is a hostile place full of FUD and ridiculous impatient people. Threads are usually community run, not by the actual dev team. There are usually official chat groups for most projects and they rarely check in here.

Also, dude...it is just the beginning. Don't even think about exchanges yet or the price. Investment is a long term thing, not an overnight millionaire making opportunity. Real investors will be investing in the project itself and giving it time to mature and hopefully make a hell of a lot more than you can now. Time will tell, but it will hopefully be successful over the next year or two.

once you have the wallet running, type "help" to see the command to start mining. If you plan on mining with cpu, remember you are competing with gpu miners

Is that on the official pool? It hasn't had much luck finding blocks for the past day. With the amount of miners still there, you're not going to get many coins at all. Probably better to cut your losses for now and mine on a different pool. I had 86 and had to give up on them, wasting too much electricity.

As the minimum payout is 100 ETN you will not go  anywhere to the 100 with that hashrate.
I would mine on others for a while and watch, how this pool is developing the next weeks. I have 77.19 ETN on eupool pending but stopped for now, as it was useless.

I got that 50 the first 2 hours mining and then it froze.  My had rate was around 485 H/sec at the time.    That's not the issue.

I'm just going to stop mining.  Wasting my time and power bill is going up.

Are you sure your hash rate is 485kh/sec? At first I was also thinking my hashrate was around 200-300 kh/s and was expecting massive coins but wasn't getting any, than I realized it was hz/s no kh/s. The difficulty of this coin has gone very high and made it not feasible to mine with current hardware.

I did attempt to mine both with CPU (intel i& 3770k) and GPU (AMD r9 280x).

If you are not mining with a huge amount of mining rigs, then it was certainly not 485 kH/s, but 485 H/s

The issue is that on 11/1/17 the US pool stopped paying any rewards at 9:39am but still continued to accept shares and find blocks for the next few days.

We mined away thinking the payments would come and they never did.

None of us who were on that pool got what we mined from 9:39am on 11/1/17 going forward.

This should be a significant amount based on how low the difficulty was on day 1-2.

YEah was same on Asia and EU pools too. 

ETN now at 3.7c at this rate will be < 1c by the time the wallets unlock.

Feel sorry for the investors this has been a major screw up for them.  I hope the price recovers in the coming weeks.

I would rather wait another 2 weeks for official rollout of ETN.

Its better than uncessfull launches when the coin isnt ready.

ETN has its own BLOCKCHAIN. Which is better than %90 of other ERC20 scam ICO's.

I think Electroneum should wait until mobile mining AND ICOI tokens are officially released.

Not really, you just won't give it up. They have been giving updates on Facebook and are working on the issues and it has been stated too many times and clogs up the thread. You have aired your frustration already, created new threads about it etc, time to move on no? When wallet opens, sell your coins and move on with your life. 

The thread community manager is looking into the pool issues, which btw are common as muck for every POW coin I have ever mined. All big projects and companies make mistakes, give them the time needed to rectify them. Apple, Samsung, Sony....all make huge mistakes now and again. This is a problem that is not really their fault, it is a brand new project launch and things did not go as planned. I would be more annoyed if it was an error a year down the line.

I have mining in ETN hashparty pool from day 1 using my CPU with max 130 h/s, and only got payout 122 ETN so far. 

The payout becomes lesser and lesser each day due to block difficulty.

Question: Is the payout is transferred already to my paper wallet address or its still floating in the pool account?  Once wallet online it will be transferred automatically?

Listen. This has nothing to do with the project itself, I want Electroneum to succeed just as much as you do. This has everything to do with censorship and the hundreds of posts contraband has deleted today, not just me, many others.

What updates? All I see is 'we're still working on it' contraband, your so-called community manager has deleted his own posts and claimed he never posted them. I'm sure I'll be policed next for speaking out, but right now I see cryptkeeper1979 as speaking more truth than the devs or the community manager at this point. The way I see it, Contraband is the biggest issue in this thread currently. And for the record I don't know cryptkeeper, but I can vouch for some of the posts he's shared that contraband denies posting as I have watched electroneum closely since there were under 10k registered users. I was a very early investor and am watching ETN go from the most successful ICO of 2017 the the biggest ICO fail of 2017.
