How to build exchange site?

i wont build one since i dont have knowledge in security and i am not good in project stuff.. i want to get this in my school work, since probably i will be the firsk who do somethink like this i should get good grade.. at least i think so 

is there any free template or something to start with.

There is no free or paid template, you must build system first, template is used just for visual look.
