Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

Are you sure you're dealing with the right dude? Just looked and there are a bunch of different users that come up when I search escrow.ms.
Skype is probably the worst IM right now,If you even know someone's right id, it will show other id's too. On windows 8 It sucks as you won't be able to check whom you are talking to easily. Looks like I have to either put a warning or remove my skype id from main post. |

If someone is even unable to check user id before doing deals and failed to read warning on threads, I doubt he knows how to use PGP. That's why noobs and new member's get scammed. Ps: Just updated Original Post with warning. |
