AdHive.tv – AI and community powered platform for native video advertising. Platform ideology

Advertisers place the proposals, bloggers create videos with executed ad tasks, and community members get a reward for assessing the quality and effect of native advertisements. This process helps build an environment to run more effective campaigns.

In order to participate in ad campaigns, all users are required to purchase and apply ADH tokens as a Security deposit to be motivated to execute ad tasks properly. Governance and role of token

AdHive Token (ADH, Ethereum ERC20 token) - is a native cryptographic project token, which gives participants the right to access multiple activities and services of the AdHive network. The result of the Howey Test for ADH token is "Unlikely a security" with an overall risk score 10. ADH token has a critical role inside the AdHive ecosystem and is designed to be used as:

1. Rewards for participants. Participants get a reward for actions such as advertisement placement onvideo, native advertising
   assessment, and completion of surveys.
2. A Security deposit and a Minimum Participation balance. To apply for ad placement, participantsshould use tokens in order to be
   motivated to execute tasks properly.
3. Daily transactions. Smart-contract payment solutions could make token transfers daily to makefinancial management more
   flexible.
4. Complementary services. Advertisers can spend ADH tokens on analysis of all video channels todetect usage of keywords and
   brands they are interested in.
5. Network growth. The AdHive platform will reward participants for registering and activeinvolvement in the ecosystem. Also,
   members of the community could participate in referralcampaigns to promote the AdHive platform.
6. Anti-spam prevention. Bloggers pay a small commission for applying to an ad task.
7. Sybil-attack protection. To prevent the situation of a Sybil attack during video assessment fromaffecting the rewards, the
   calculation of the rewards for community members depends on theamount of tokens held in the wallet.
8. Payment for platform services. Advertisers will be motivated to use ADH tokens for launchingcampaigns and for monitoring video
   channels.
9. Payments between the participants. AdHive Classified provides additional services paid with ADHtokens.
10. Compatibility. Easy integration for listing on cryptocurrency exchanges.

Each blogger channel is monitored daily for video updates and analyzed by AI recognition moduleswhich send triggers to the payment module when there is proper execution of an ad task. AI modulesare built from AdHive's own ready-to-implement machine vision and speech recognitionsolutions. The platform can be easily integrated to deliver additional value for advertisers with otherplatforms and services for native video ad placement like Ninja Outreach, BlogMint, BrandBacker andothers.
