Hello

I have a ether.li wallet and I have 1.928 ETH on this address: 0x49B91ffC5ae2476841C5aF593585Fd7C3596A67a
I can login in my ether.li account, I have that printed file with the backup infos (encrypted private key, backup key address, user key address), but I don't know how I can send the amount of ETH to another address...

Any solutions, steps to complete to be able to transfer the funds?

I will pay $100 to the one who helps me to recover the ETH.

Thank you

PS: I have found something (maybe) here, but I don't know 100% if is what I need to do: https://myetherwallet.github.io/knowledge-base/migration/importing-v2-json-wallet-file-myetherwallet.html

if you have a private key, you can login in www.myetherwallet.com and you can send your eth anywhere. always use the wallet on their official website.

I have a private key, but it is encrypted and is not working...

Something like that:

I think the private key and other back up files are the main access we have, if all that is unusable, maybe the account can not be opened or restored.
Have you contacted the ether.li support team?

Did you try to send a small amount of ETH to your Ether.li user account and not directly to your wallet? If not, then I suggest you do it. I think the problem why you cannot transfer your funds to another wallet is because your user account doesn't have enough balance in it which, I think, is needed to execute a contract and make a transaction. Try it and if this doesn't work, better send a message to the developers of EtherLi and see if they can manage to help you with your problem. Good luck!

It's pretty common that your private key is encrypted. Do you have the password ? The password used to "unlock wallet" ?
If you do, it should be possible to recover your funds. I might be able to help with that.

If you have your private key you can easily login on your account and withdraw your eth. Double check your private key maybe you accidentally deleted some characters and provided with the wrong combination.

how can you? use your private key to open your wallet because that is the only way to open the wallet and there is one more way that is using keystore, hopefully you can reopen your wallet..
I hope that your wallet will quickly be accessible again
