Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

You started this topic without a background, I deem this is possibly a scam correct me if I am wrong but having a review with your expertise isn't quite understandable to others.

P.S Don't think everything will possibly happen like you think. if this isn't a scam I don't know what would be the benefit of this, better to move this to off-topic.
