You need to create account first and then download UTC file and save it on your sd card. And also download paper wallet where have your account address and private key.
If next time you want to login your myetherwallet, then just need your private key.
You can login by going view wallet info, then type private key then unlock. You will see your balance below.

Actually it's so easy to use myetherwallet.You mention about transfer token to bittrex or poloniex etc. You just click to your show token option if you don't see your token then add your token by add custom token including the information of your token contact, symbol and decimal. Now you absolutely has found your token and go send option of Myetherwallet and send your token by load your tokens. That's all about the token transfer system of Myetherwallet.

You don't need to be confuse actually, all you need to do is get the eth addres or copy it in the exchanger platform where you gonna do some trade and then paste the eth address to your MEW you copied from the exchange site platform, then click the generate transaction if you are sure that it is correct and wait to transfer in the exchange wallet.

Its pretty much just sending to another accoubt. First, get the address from your exchange and copy it. Go to the myether website and look for the tab that says "send ether and tokens". Access your account using your private key and paste the address you copied from the exchange site and then easily you can transfer your desired amount of tokens..

First  you can download the MYETHERWALLET then save it the address and private key this is important because you can not open it if you don't know ur private key after you've got your account in poloniex,bettrix etc.thin you find your token if you can seacrh
