Transferring tokens from exchange

Hi. I started investing in cryptocurrency, so i'm pretty much a newbie in this game.

I bought some DDF-tokens at cryptopia and withdrawed in to my ethereum-address, but the tokens never showed up, and when i look at the transaction on etherscan it says the transaction failed because it was out of gas. Did i do something wrong in this process or is cryptopia at fault? I've opened a ticket for this at cryptopia support but no response in two days.

if the transactions failed, the token will back to sender, wich mean back to your cryptopia wallet addres,,
just wait, and it will show in you cryptopia wallet again
if you have any doubt just contact cryptopia support

Funds are back on your crytopia wallet. Your funds for gas is gone tho. Make sure you have enough gas to do the transaction.

You can sent ticket to support! Transactions failed in Etherum platform may be still in Wallet of Cryptopia!
