I don't get it.  Doesn't Paypal block or disallow poker sites from using them as a deposit option?  Unless you're doing everything manually or over the counter.  And you're not officially using a payment processor I assume?

Yes, they are blocking and banning accounts.

OP is trying to cheat, implementing deposits and withdraws over a play money app with too complicated conditions. But soon or a later, PP will catch is and all accounts and money will be gone. Just skip it.

If I understood correctly we just need to download an app called - PPPpker from app stores

Then you need to contact facebook page for deposit and withdrawal is - FISH CAMP CLUB

He didn't provide you with any links but I didn't try this method, just answered your question based on OP details. If you use your PayPal to deposit or withdraw funds from gambling sites then you may be in a trouble so just avoid it.

I feel like ( not sure since the topic isn't fully explained ) that this  app is just like zynga so it's designed for play money not real money , and using it for real money purposes isn't legal

Just too complicated way to play poker, everything should be done manually including deposit and withdrawal which is so bad service for any sites which starts to accept bitcoin. Jackpot also need to be claimed manually by sending photo? This is real joke, I have to agree that there is no single reasons to join this poker site.
There is also no clear information on their own official site http://pppoker.net except link to download the applications.
