You should try to move this thread to the service section on this forum, you are not going to receive any help or replies about those who are able to build a smart contract because they are not looking at this thread.
So move this, and you will have ten thousand of newbies trying to apply for your request, lol.
but yes, if you are not going to offer more than $700 for this job, dont waste your time because you are not going to find anything. good luck.
