I am offering short term micro loans to most members with positive trust without any collateral required. Loan terms below. I reserve the right to refuse any request.

0-42 activity: No loans offered

43-70 activity:
Repay 180% in 2 days or repay 260% in 4 days.

71-110 activity:
Repay 150% in 2 days or repay 200% in 4 days.

111-200 activity:
Repay 140% in 2 days or repay 180% in 4 days.

201-300 activity:
Repay 130% in 2 days or repay 160% in 4 days.

301-400 activity:
Repay 120% in 2 days or repay 140% in 4 days.

401++ activity:
Repay 120% in 2 days or repay 140% in 4 days.

You will default if not paid back within the above terms and negative feedback will be left.

-------------------------------------

To get a loan: Just reply in this thread with Your Bitcoin address, how much you want to borrow up to .02 bitcoin, and in how many days to repay (2 or 4 days).

Highest rates are 40%/day. Wow. @_@

Be prepared to get scammed and defaulted 100% of the time. Activity is not a basis of trustworthiness nor has it any correlation to the ability to pay back. Which means if a member account gets a loan with you and with that much interest, you are sure to have the highest default rate in town.

Beware that people buy and sell bitcointalk accounts here, often for lower than the amount you're offering, hence a high activity person may in fact be a scammer.

I would reconsider not requiring collateral, especially for those with negative trust and suspicious previous behaviour.

No collateral, loan only on basis of forum activity? You're taking huge risks. When will people realise activity does not equate to trust?
