I guess the titles says it all. What will you do if that happens?
My country has officially banned bitcoin as well as the altcoin Sad and I continue to use them like a secret that is what I do at the moment, I hope future law in my country can accept it.

I will still find a way to trade bitcoin and earn from it. I guess by now we already know that no country how big it is can really stop bitcoin now, not even country. Look at their bitcoin community, OTC and lots of underground trading still exist. Because people will always looks for ways to continue their bitcoin activity because they have fell in love with it. Specially bitcoin is booming right now, everyone wants to get it and join the hype train. And I think there are a lot of countries already banned bitcoin but their citizens still continue to used it.

Nothing, i would keep using like im doing now, because if  i have internet, i can have bitcoin and trade it. Like some ppl said, you are really banned to use bitcoin if you have no internet or a limited one.
But if things is going too bad here, i can go live in japan again, i think its like bitcoin's paradise.
A good opinion and I like your opinion as well as I agree with you.
that if I have internet then I can have bitcoin and trade it, therefore if many people using bitcoin can have internet then my country definitely make bitcoin bank.

Banning BTC in my country wont be easy because the government have more than enough problem to solve than banning BTC. with High unemployment rate and low standard of living I dont think it will be wise to ban BTC because of some stupid tax and so on but if they actually ban it then I will continue using VPN. i can still trade and make transaction only using BTC  Grin

I can always convert it to PayPal, as it's accepted almost everywhere, and the fact that it's decentralized, I can always trade with it and no one can stop me albeit the governments might restrict some access towards it they can't completely restrict it. Banning can reduce the growth of bitcoin but cannot cease it.

i think if bitcoin is banned in my country, i will keep earning bitcoin, but anonymously and wont use bitcoin to anything inside the country but buying products from foreigns and imported to me later, that is the worst situation, but many countries are legalizing bitcoin, so it wont be long until we ca be able to use bitcoin in our own country in the future.

Governments cannot ban people from using bitcoin. But they can ban people from converting Bitcoin to fiat or fiat to Bitcoin with closing local websites which let us to do such trades. If this happens, I will continue to use Bitcoin as there will be alternative methods.

i hope this will never happen but if it did well i can't do shit obviously lol. but seriously they can't really ban bitcoin because if you have internet access you can buy/sell and use bitcoin so it doesn't make a huge difference if they ban it or no

I think the question answers the answer itself! We are screwed at the first time if this news comes out of the thin air also. I will probably send my coin to the friend who is out of my country and then will take from him after converting to the fiat. But I will not loose my at all. The tax system is not so stubborn in my country so I can surpass that when it comes to showing up from where the money was credited my account. So may be that the only way I see at this movement. But I’m sure my government won’t ban bitcoin in my country because it wont be good for its economical health. People are atlas bringing some money into the country by getting employed with bitcoin so its fair deal to keep it as it is. :-)

Have you ever seen the world ban something unanimously? They can't even agree on nukes which we all know are deadly.
I'd sit tight and count my profits. I'll also write a petition asking them to unban it., maybe hit the streets with a big sign saying "unban Bitcoin gov pigs" Cheesy
That would be said if I could no longer use an exchange to withdraw profits but there are so many of them around the world that I'd think of something.

I will still earn bitcoins. In many countries government starting block bitcoins and other cryptocurrencies, this of course is very distressing. I hope in my country this will not happen, for this case I have vpn, so we should not worry.

I guess that leaves me no choice to buy bitcoin outside my country they are just making a ban to regulate the bitcoin for them to track it and benefit from it so the control is still in their hands
