The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

Oh shit, the buyers are already pressing right under the 5BTC wall!.. Shocked

I've lost my nerve and put a sell order @5.5 for 40% of my holdings. Because this shit gets too damn scary!

Do not try and bend the spoon. That's impossible. Instead... only try to realize the truth. There is no spoon. Then you'll see, that it is not the spoon that bends, it is only yourself.

Cheesy me too.
I bought shares not more than 2 weeks ago around 3 btc per share.
loved to see the weekly dividend but didn't care about share price and today i start reading this blog again and it has nearly doubled.

Hmm could be stable 2 or back down
The pattern is parabolic deja-vu since this is speculation
About the Chinese Equity theory does that mean the exchange rate will rise rapidly soon ?

I don't think so, bitcoin itself is well known and has been covered by state media outlets for many weeks now. It's only ASICMINER that's getting new exposure and press.

Thanks that makes more sense I was wondering if the Chinese investors were going to start buying bitcoin by the bucket and the equity total would rise significantly as well.
(Lets just assume they bought physical coin versions with the keys attached for that alliteration  Wink)
Makes more sense if I view it as good advertising  Cool

Sounds like hardware sales could give the dividends a boost tomorrow.  BTC Guild alone bought and paid for 2,000 of the USB miners!

Wtf, how are they able to keep moving this much inventory?
It's incredible really.

I mean...I'm pleased with the sales, but who is buying so many of these?

Lots of people aren't willing to wait weeks or months for the product. That's why they're selling so much Smiley

If these are selling like hotcakes and the initial response to the 1btc price point was "it is overpriced," imagine the price AM will be charging for the blades.  I doubt they will need to cut them in half in order to remain competitive, with so much demand.  Granted, they are not as user friendly, but in this market, I don't think they have to be.  Everyone is so ASIC crazy right now that they will sell just as well I bet.
