Hi, I am the developer, well actually very hard to use Bitcointalk for announcement, my account is still newbie and can't do much such posting image etc., and wont hire someone else to do bitcoin annoucement. Everything is explained in the Whitepaper, the mini version is still in progress. Currently we have the academic style. Rather than doing an ICO at the beginning, we prefer creating something based on Ethereum Blockchain, and that can be staked like a Coin this make EagleCoin an unique Token. Why do we need to fork new blockchain by fork existing coin without adding new feature and useful product? Instead using the existing one.

Since they posted first Indonesian token there should be accreditation from the Indonesian government, of course anyone can create a country based token but for this token to take off it should have a legit platform or accreditation coming from a legit partner I don't see any
