Monero faucet is a sharing computing power, where anyone can make money 'renting' out their free computing power (CPU).
Payouts are per every 10 million shares - 0.0015669 XMR (0.14$)
Processing time for all payments is 72 hours.

The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

..so why not direct use https://coinhive.com/

Because Coinhive does have a ridicously high minimum payout. http://www.moneromoney.ml has a nice low minimum payout (5 million hashes).
