I have this problem minute 1:37

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EATxCQRtgv0

When I give a small shake to the antminer d3 it is as if the cards inside move, not much per se and it sounds as if the aluminum collide with each other, it happens to me like the video, please someone who knows the subject that can review it and give me some advice, if this is normal or I have to report it with bitmain, or if the miner can work normally despite this.

Thanks for your help.

That is normal the small shake. They slide into the case so that if there is a problem with a board, Bitmain when they authorize, you can open the miner and send the board only back to them.

The D3 mines Dash coin. Dash is an altcoin not Bitcoin.
This is the BITCOIN area -- not the altcoin area.
If you had bothered to read the very top stickies you would know that.
To repeat the sticky -- POST IN THE CORRECT AREAS.
Expect the mods to move this where it belongs...
