Ubuntu 16.04 x64 with AMD GPUPRO drivers (R9 390):


Linux BETA 3.0.1 is out. Only works with suprnova SSL pools currently. Non-SSL pool support will be added later.

To get it running on Ubuntu 16.04 x64, you would need to install some packages. Do this:

That's what I got at 0.9v (100W power usage)

RX 570 4Gb Nitro+ 1209/1875Mhz (Elpida) - 29.5Mhs (-i 24, 3Gb vram usage)
RX 570 4Gb Nitro+ 1209/2000Mhz (Hynix) - 30.5Mhs (-i 24, 3Gb vram usage)
RX 570 4Gb AORUS 1209/2000Mhz (Hynix) - 29.8Mhs (-i 23, 1.5Gb vram usage)

Also have RX 580 8Gb Strix at 1215/1925 (Samsung) and MSI RX 580 Armor 4Gb 1239/1970 (Hynix), both show around 33-34Mhs at start and after around 15min GPU clocks drop to 300-900Mhz and hashrate drops as well to 24-25Mhs. Voltage bump doesn't help.

All other algos like ETH/Cryptonight run for days with no HWInfo errors and clock drops. But this one causes errors to pop like crazy! Dunno how people get stable 33+ Mhs, i couldn't. Of course, modded bios.

Well i had the same issue that most had blue screen and driver crash with asm on what i did was to go from block chain driver down driver by driver and finally one worked 16.10.3 with intensity of 20 with asm on worked for my r9 380x and rx 480 gpus giving around 34 for rx and 25 for 380x.

Yes but the problem is that some other miners need last drivers to be installed...

So it's very annoying that the assembler mode doesn't work with adrenalin drivers...

Note: Version 3.1.0 for Linux (links in OP) is now released.
Non-SSL pools are now also supported on Linux. Also now there are less package dependencies, hopefully it will work out of the box.
