on my AMD cards, I struggle a bit with core voltage:
- it works on afterburner, but only when I change the value (so if I restart mkxminer, it's loosing the undervolting and I need to change the voltage again in afterburner)
- I tried quickly to set the voltage in the bat file launching mkxminer, but it didn't seem to work

How do you proceed?
(my 2 RX cards are in the same PC and undervolting is important to keep them cool, because they are in 2 adjacent slots and their fans are less efficient)

If you have a VEGA 56 or VEGA 64 videocard, please download this file and put it into mkxminer folder. Restart the miner (make sure you add --asm to command line).

This will add the ASM support for VEGA cards (about 12% extra speed), getting around 53MHs now on VEGA 56.

Using 6 rx570s and all other miners work fine (claymore eth, claymore zec, sgminer (all algos), xmr-stak) and more
Any ideas why it is not working? I have located the file manually (was in amd app sdk) and can copy it to any location if needed.

Using mkxminer on linux, and it fails to start with the error "failed to load shared libraries: libOpenCL.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory"
Using 6 rx570s and all other miners work fine (claymore eth, claymore zec, sgminer (all algos), xmr-stak) and more
Any ideas why it is not working? I have located the file manually (was in amd app sdk) and can copy it to any location if needed.

I tired to get this working today on simplemining OS and was also not successful. I think mkxminer documentation says its 32bit only.

With asm and i23 this almost max load for this miner, you can try i24 as well. This algo pushes cards higher than Eth. Just check hwinfo max power usage. Try downvolting cards by -70Mv or -100Mv.

Hello!

If you have a VEGA 56 or VEGA 64 videocard, please download this file and put it into mkxminer folder. Restart the miner (make sure you add --asm to command line).

This will add the ASM support for VEGA cards (about 12% extra speed), getting around 53MHs now on VEGA 56.

Anybody with a Vega 64 mining VTC? What are your hash values and settings?
Appreciate some feedback to use Vega 64 for VTC with this miner.

3 Vega's 64, with blockchain beta drivers ~49-52 but not stable... I have some issues with blockdriver in the system as regular drivers always stable, can't figured out what is the problem with bc driver.

32bit compile doesnt work for me on Ubuntu 16.04.03 x86_64.

I tried several time, but I cannot get the miner to adjust the core voltage (1 rx 480 & 1 rx 580)
(while it's working on others miners, ex: claymore's)

any ideas?
