1st off @ dev DONT SUCK GET THE AIR DROPS GOING. YOU GREEDY BOY!

2nd How to Solo Mine the wallet without the junk miner built in the wallet.

1st go to %appdata%/ROICOIN/

Make a file called ROIcoin.conf

Paste this in to it.

Code:
rpcuser=mine
rpcpassword=miner
rpcallowip=0.0.0.0/0
rpcport=23110
rpcthreads=40
server=1
daemon=1
gen=0
miningaddress=RJsFF8fgC7QVYvVSa93x8J2VhTtiS1mtwz

RPCport = 3377
addnode=138.197.172.223
addnode=165.227.10.125
addnode=159.203.91.200
addnode=99.198.174.212

Now save.

Now download HODLminer by woolf http://cryptomining-blog.com/wp-content/download/hodlminer-wolf-2.zip

Edit the bat file

Code:
hodlminer.exe -o http://127.0.0.1:23110 -u mine -p miner -t 40 -q -D --coinbase-addr=RJsFF8fgC7QVYvVSa93x8J2VhTtiS1mtwz

And you are good to go.

Dont forget to change wallet key for your own and change the amount of threads "-t"

If I helped you donate to me here   RJsFF8fgC7QVYvVSa93x8J2VhTtiS1mtwz
I'm getting this and guess something isn't right.

No its all working fine add -P (Upper case) and you will see your nouncs. and you will see it confirming other blocks. You can remove -q and see ya hashs.

With the -P (upper case) it opens and closes in a second

In don't understand why are you guys complaining about the premine it's just 6% right?  I saw coins with waaay higher premine
Btw what's the tota coin supply i don't think it's mentioned on the ANN

I'm not sure what to do on total coin supply calculation. I don't know any accurate way to guess POS staking and/or term depositing. Total supply could vary drastically depending on  whether or not and how much users stake and/or term deposit.
i still didn't fully understand this. is the total supply unlimited ? and if you don't know it so how did you calculated the 6% ? i mean you need to have a certain value to make the percentage right ? please explain this point.
We are looking at several exchanges and trying to decide. We've been contacted by a member posting in this thread who has offered a very good deal to list at two exchanges where he is involved.

Community input is desired please:

If any of you would list exchanges that you love and that you would like to see this coin listed at please quote this post and provide your recommendations.
about that as this is a new coin you can start with small exchanges first i can list some of them below
bluetrade
southexchange
stocksexchange
i know there are plenty others but these are my top picks
and later on when this coin is popular you can start playing with the big boys such as:
poloniex
bittrex
yobit
kraken ect....

that's all what i have to say
good luck Wink

Thanks for the input!

I am going to start with your list and add a few to it and also wait and see if any other members will add something to it.

  • coinsmarkets.com
  • bluetrade
  • southexchange
  • stocksexchange
  • coss
  • litebit.eu
  • cryptomate
  • tradesatoshi
  • yobit
vingaard

The total coin coin count is hardcoded in the wallet at 1 billion coins. The 60 million premine then calculates out as 6%. Now to dig deeper it's clear that 1 billion coins will not end up being the actual total supply due to POS and term depositing. Because I can't precisely predict those items and can't precisely say the exact total coin count.

Many thanks to everyone that is mining the coin!

Based on the getmininginfo below we've gained from 18450 to 33456 network hash in about 12 hours today! Something like an 81% increase  Grin

Sorry to be the bubble burster but if you want to mine coins for this fast and quick then hire and bunch of VPS's or BareMetal Servers or even use free trials for them and hash away Wink

Google Compute offers $300 free trial credit which you can use to "test" servers, once you hit the limit your service is suspended until you pay which is good Cheesy

^^^ @angelo38   you can remove the "-q" flag from that command to "see if your really mining" that command means "quiet", and stops the hash speeds from showing (it will still show shares status' tho while activated)

@OP i been waiting for a new HODLcoin man, haha TY Cheesy  i will be mining with my workstation and hopefully hit some blocks, i never had a good enough PC to mine alot when original HODL came out Sad
Good Luck!  (i dont really have input on exchanges, but cryptopia is always a good start imo Cheesy )

~Got this girl in my bed, a roof over my head, i mint a couple coins a week, and thats how i make bread~
