If you don't have your private key or your seed it will be impossible to restore your wallet. I guess your only option for now is to have your phone fixed without wiping its data.

And by posting here, I assume that you are using this Bitcoin Wallet if so have you encounter a problem which you are unable to back up your wallet? because reading reviews there, a lots of users did. If you ever did get back your coins i suggest moving to a more stable wallet

What HTC model your phone is? i have my way that sometimes working if the problem of my phone is continues reboot or restart. .
I suspected to problem for hardware maybe your phone power button leak and 2nd problem i think software problem that need hard reset or reprogram in order to open your phone back but all your files will be deleted and your phone will clean as new..

My solution that you might try is to try to boot your phone to recovery mode or boot recovery choose clear cache (note don't clear data because your phone will be hard reset. )
After cache  try to reboot your phone and test if its working..
Another solution is to use vacuum just vacuum the power switch and try to boot your phone again..

And hope that you can get your bitcoin back from your wallet make sure to backup if your phone is ok again..
Because if you are holding any private keys or wallet seed phrase it is impossible to get your wallet back including your bitcoin..

.BIG WINNER!.

You could try to access the flash memory directly.
If you can't access it from your pc via usb you still have the possibility to take the flash memory out of your mobile and insert it into a reading device.
And with the right forensic tools you will be able to completely copy the memory. Allowing you to search for your priv keys/wallet in a safe environment.
In case of you having high amounts of BTC on your mobile this is a viable option. I don't think its worth 50$ tho.
But if you really stored a lot bitcoins on your mobile you should make sure to only access the memory of your phone with a write-blocker. Just to be sure.

What did you do to cause your phone in that way? there might be a solution from what you have done. You have to find more ways to fix your phone because it is the only solution left if your private key is also stored in you phone. And I think the power button is not your problem, but rather you suddenly changed some programs of you phone if you doing some tweaks on it. And if that is what you have done I'm afraid to say your problem is really tough! But if not, don't worry you still can recover things from it.

If only you have installed custom recovery on you phone, maybe it is fixed right now.
