The block chain is the main innovation of Bitcoin. It is the first distributed timestamping system.

SquareWear and their MetaCo.in seem to be "killing it".

ForBitcoin seems to be getting a lot of offers to perform tasks:

BitLotto, though not brand new, is an interesting use of the bitcoin blockchain
 - http://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/BitLotto

I'm anxiously awaiting the Webcoin beta

And keeping a close eye on GLBSE, BitOption and CampBX.

Ubitex.org, for all your local person to person BTC/currency exchange needs!

BiddingPond isn't really new, but I've had some success there.

Bitcoin combines money, the wrongest thing in the world, with software, the easiest thing in the world to get wrong.
Visit www.thevenusproject.com and www.theZeitgeistMovement.com.

Here are some that I've recently bookmarked:

http://bitcoinity.org/markets
Combines data from multiple exchanges into one slick-looking graph and includes a depth-of-market chart as well.

metaco.in
(already mentioned above)
Free coupons for btc merchants.

http://spendbitcoins.com/
Spend bitcoins at amazon or newegg.

http://www.bitucopia.com/
The sell grass-fed meat for btc.  I haven't had any yet but I just like the idea of replacing part of my food bill w/ btc.

BTC accepted at my browser-based MMO, Minethings.com.  ~1500 active players mining now.

I'm hoping that Ubitex or some other face-to-face service becomes very successful. Also rooting for BitcoinJS.
