hi there, my GRIM wallet just reset to 51 when i had over 2k in there, can you help?

Hello,
The pool had an erroneous price when exchanging the GRIM.  The pool updated the price to the the current at the time of the update the price was 0.00002BTC and adjusted the total GRIM earned accordingly.  The total GRIM earned is based on a mBTC/MH to GRIM conversion and is volitile based on the price of the coin it is being converted into.

We are going to monitor the price over the next few hours and will bump up the balance if the price point per GRIM drops.

You didn’t actually mine any GRIM at all as GRIM is a PoS coin.  This pool exchanges it at the going rate of the coin and you get paid in the equivelant of mBTC per MH you are mining.  There was also no one who mined 80000 GRIM in the past 24 hours.  

The price of GRIM has went down again and the GRIM balance owed to you has increased as such.  It is all tied to the current price of the coin.  

We have a great track record of paying our miners properly and in this case that unfortunatly means the amount of coin owed has decreased.  

Do you really think that you are entitled to over $700 in coin for mining with an average of 700 MH/s for 8 hours?  That is glaringly obvious there is a mistake.

This is a multi-pool it is totally based on exchange.  I suggest you read up on how these types of pools work.  And this is a PoS coin so its obvious he did not mine it.

Hi all, I joined blockmunch pool yesterdays !
first I tests with one D3 with great results up to payout

then I added the 2nd D3 near 10am : the hash rate goes up as expected,
but then goes down slowly after some minutes on blockmunch side only (both D3 were >19Mhs)
then its goes up again to normal hashrate near 11pm on blockmunch side (without any changes on my miners) and it goes down slowly again near 1am next day

So 2 questions :
for miners : do you have same problem near (screenshot done the december 20, 2017 gmt+2)
for blockmunch admins : any problems on your side ?

I worry because it also impact payouts

We can sure add it!  For it to become a guaranteed 2 hour payout we would need a majority user buy in.  But we will add it to the once a day payout option!

The Quark pool is looking a bit sick at the moment. All of the Algos are in the red. I am the miner with 200000 JEW owed. Has the blockchain stopped?

We would love to have you!  We plan to add dash support tomorrow.  And our scrypt pool is always a good bet for your L3's!  SHA256 is a bit slow with the low (currently) no power on our pool, we are working to find some new high paying coins to add to draw support on those.  You are more then welcome to throw those on here as well, but currently it may be a better bet on another pool for those S9's.  Always looking for coins suggestions as well!

Thanks!  We are adding it tomorrow as an option! 

As of the Quark pool, we need more miners to generate enough coins for the demand!  There is other people that are mining other algo's and getting paid in the quark coins.  Right now we recommend continuing to mine but switch to a LTC, BTC, or DOGE address to get payments for the mining, and help us hit the quark blocks to pay those out as well!  Its like double dipping, but totally legit! 

Also if we don't hit enough blocks over the next few days we will buy from the exchange to supplement.
