to OP, you are right, in the future this could be the money for the riches and it is opposing to what Mr. Nakamoto envisioned about bitcoin - it is for the masses. now the problem lies on the transaction side, any form of transactions would go into the blockchain and the  blockchain mined bitcoin for security and mining bitcoin cost a lot of electricity, so i don't think it is hard to lower the transaction fee even if segwit2x and lightning be implemented, this is the nature for the proof-of-work coins.

Bitcoin just for the rich? Yes, because of the increasingly high prices and many requests every day, making Bitcoin difficult to reach by ordinary people. my opinion on bitcoin in coming some years about bitcoin is that in future this will be the money of rich people just because of 2 points according to my study , may be i am not correct .

1. the low supply of this is the main reason due to which its being demanded high . and day by day its price is rising like hundreds and thousands of USD .as from December till now in 11 to 12 months this got about 10 times higher price. and its getting more higher to make rich who are already rich . if in 2020 it goes to 100,000.so the holder of one bitcoin just will also be an owner of 100k USD that means he'll be rich .

2. the fee in the transaction is about 0.0001 . this amount is about 7 USD today more or less but approx. in future if its price rises like 100.000 then its fee will be around 70 100 USD or more or less may be . that means alot for a poor person . this will be making distance from poor with the bitcoin . and slowly this will be the property and possession of rich people . i am not in its high fees favor but its becoming fact. in past i am eye witness  that we were paying like 13 cents and some more before December 2016 and now we have to pay  5 to 7 USD for each transaction .

For me, not only the rich people can earned more money here in bitcoin but they can. They can be billionare here in bitcoin, why? because they have a more money than ordinary people they can buy more accounts and make account how many they want to create. In the time of kings and knights gold was really similar. It was the value holder 'currency' but in the real life it was an asset instead. Currency was silver in the terms of paying for goods and services and it's value was closer to the value of the goods. Gold's value was far higher than the average good's so it was not practical to use it in everyday transactions. Additionally, it was really hard to divide, so it was really impractical. Bitcoin however can be divided into so little fragments that it can handle this kind of task to be a currency, to circulate, and not to be the asset of rich people. But today only a few people have bitcoin, and they're holding it. As soon as the value will increase and much smaller fragments of it would be enough to pay for average goods and services, more and more people will use bitcoin in everyday life, so it won't be the money of rich people only.

Let's discuss the first point: i can't understand why you believe that bitcoin price rising is a bad thing? you can buy what you want with the money you have, you don't have to buy 1 BTC just get what you need, it is possible to create a transaction to send some satoshies.
You are right about the second point, transaction fees became unbearable especially when we talk about small amounts transaction that's why implementing segwit2x is mandatory.

already using other Alt coins with cheaper miners fees to do micro transactions. Bitcoin can cannibalize any code, if they

1. I think that the supply is not a problem : as said, even if 1 BTC is worth $100000, 10 Satoshis (for exemple) would still be affordable.

2. For the fees, I don't really know. First, if there is a mass adoption, there would obviously be more transactions, so more fees (--> to make mining more profitable --> to have more miners (I think)). But this scenario is good only if Bitcoin keeps PoW verification.

The argument by the OP in the first placed is flawed because majority of ordinary fiat currencies are also in the possession of the rich people only because  they have higher income than the others in the social class and  so it is and has been in this world and  so the rich will keep having the lions share of whatever good thing there is, including currencies.

I don't think bitcoin will only be used by rich people. It may make people rich you are right about that. But there will be many bourgeoisie people who invest with bitcoin. You can say that it will be hard to buy bitcoin in the future.

I don't think so. But I could be wrong. Even if people don't have much money, what they can afford in bitcoin will match their fiat value, right?! So they can buy Bitcoin and own as much as they can afford, or would otherwise store in fiat. Therefore it's similar to saying cash is for the rich.

The reason why demand keeps on rising is because people are seeing the good potential of the coin in the future. Well we can't say that it is only for rich people because you can invest now and just wait for the price to go high. So it doesn't matter if you are rich because you can invest any amount for now.
