Our deposits and withdrawals working normally.

We noticed that one user post about deposit not being credited by us. We found the issue and created help page how to deposit BBR.

Please notice that withdrawals from another exchange to our exchange will create problem with crediting your account in cryptochangex.com

Problem is that stocks.exchange sending payment WITHOUT payment id which is fine to private wallet but is not right to exchange like us.

Therefore any deposit must include PAYMENT ID.

no sorry, its mandatory to have it on.
Its only needed to withdraw funds and changing details. Loging and trading can be accessed without providing code.

Unfortunately if you sent directly from stocks.exchange they won't be credited. Stock.exchange not allowing to withdraw using payment id .

Hey silver, Ive tried depositing BBR to my account twice now and both times i havent received anything. The first time i deposited from the daemon but i double checked my address and payment ID twice and everything was correct but i was no BBR was ever credited to my account. The second time was a couple days ago, i used the GUI wallet and followed all the steps carefully and double checked my address and payment ID again to be sure but nothing showed up. My wallet says the transaction was confirmed and i even went to a block explorer to make sure my transaction had been confirmed and included in a block. Just not too sure what to do from here. I submitted a ticket through the helpdesk the same day i tried to deposit BBR to my account but its still processing. Are there usually long wait times on tickets?
