First tell us why are you creating a new token and what is special about your project ? DO NOT CREATE A NEW TOKEN UNLESS YOU HAVE A UNIQUE PROJECT.

What do you mean by hiring a whitepaper writer? Can't you think carefully about how your project works and the utility of your token? That makes no sense. But if you intend to hire someone to design your whitepaper, that's normal. So, I want to know what you really want to find here?
