Will is the very fact of having desires, goals, aspirations.
Willpower is the ability to achieve goals and desires through the application of conscious effort. Freedom of will is the ability to choose one's goals and desires for oneself.

Freedom of will means to do whatever we want to do in our life. It means the overall freedom of our life even if it is good or bad. But are we really free to do everything in our society ? Or we are bound to follow the rules and regulations ?Are we really getting the freedom we need ?

Well I think there is no simple yes or no answer here because it is a mixed bag. Yes we do have freedom in the sense that I can do almost anything I want but on the flip side no I dont have freedom because money is a limiting factor. Other than $ being a limiting factor I think everything on this planet is doable it requires money only. They see freedom of will is an illusion and that we are pushed to do certain things but I dont buy into that notion at all. Right now I work from behind a computer but nothing stops me today from going out and starting to become a electrician. Everything is in my own hands and I can do 99% of things I want at a moments notice!

To be responsible means to follow rules and laws.
For example, if you drive car to fast, you may kill others or yourself.
So, real freedom is not anarchy or chaos.

the concept of free will is very closely connected to the concept of moral responsibility. moreover, in society, free will is not about how you act freely either good or bad but it is about how you act freely without harming others.
