i am creating an ICO currently and since bounties work so well currently why not, the problem becomes with the payment of smaller bounties, if you are erc20 based token

paying a 1€ bounty would have 23% transaction costs, so for an acceptable paypal size fee your bounties should have arround 8€ valuue so 3 % make around 23 cent that are the costs for an ethereum based transaction

nevertheless aditionall ethereum style systems could improve transaction cost situation

Bounty is very helpful in adding capital. If you already get a gift we can invest in the wallet, then we can buy some options in altcoin. After we buy altcoin, we can market the coin in the trading program. Look at the volume of people around the world who respond to the coin. If many are responding it may be a very expensive coin and we can sell it.

Great article! In the scenario where ICOs are increasing day-by-day and becoming hot among investors, it is important that they go through perfect channel of advertisements so to create maximum impact. Bounties are no doubt most effective way to marketize ICO and have become integral part of ICO launch.
I would like to add few points in addition to points in article,

• ICOs should never promise amount in Dollars or other fiat conversions when they actually paying in tokens because cryptocurrenices are highly volatile instrument and may leave participants highly-unsatisfied if prices of tokens change drastically from pre-ICO to post-ICO period.
• ICOs should have some funds for preliminary marketing so they can conduct some bounties in BTC. This on one hand brings more interest from bounty participants and on other hand enhance company's image as professional project.

very good article that can help us to know which bounty is good.
as i know so far, bounty pool is maximum only for 4% from the total general pool so it less than 10%.
recently, i found not many bounty paid in BTC or ETH,. if bounty paid by that coin i think that bounty more looking legit project.
