Hi all.

Im new to the forum and would just like to say I feel very fortunate to be mining with Triplemining. Ive been mining for around a month now with a different pool and in the last week ive moved to Triplemining and the move has been fantastic for me personally. I dont have huge hashing power yet ive made multiple coins in four days where in my previous pool I would have got this amount in over a week!!

Keep up the good work

WOW.

Hasnt the hashing power of the pool really grown over the last couple of days. Word must be getting around that its a good pool.

Im gutted tho cos my miners all went down grrrr. Had a really bad thunder storm where I live and it knocked out the electric and ive been away for business and when I get back pc is switched off, just my luck.

I see the last block took a while to solve too, but thats bitcoin

I'm having trouble connecting to Triplemining, using GUIMiner 2011-07-01, I have tried using the 'Triplemining' setting in GUIMiner, and I have tried eu.triplemining.com:8344 and eu2.triplemining.com:8344. The problem I get is:

Mining works with deepbit, and I have tried disabling my firewall and that doesn't work. I'm looking forward to joining!

Please doube check the username and password that you use.

Is there a known problem using Ufasoft's 'bitcoin-miner' for CPUs on Triplemining ? (Error 80190193)

I simply can not get it to connect due to an error, yet all my other workers connect fine without a problem.

I have tried different usernames etc with failure, then used those same usernames/worker login details for Video Cards without problems.

I can use the Ufasoft CPU miner on every other Pool I have connected to thus far (5 total) with only Triplemining giving me troubles.

Just to make sure, you use worker+password correctly, create a new worker and use that to connect.

BTW, you can get some fast help from our IRC channel too. Freenode has a #triplemining channel.

I've tried numerous user/pass combinations that all fail on Ufasoft CPU miner, but work on my OpenCL Video Card miners......I have even taken existing WORKING user/pass's to try, but still fail with Ufasoft CPU miner (Error 80190193).

CPU mining on TM doesn't work for me either. But it's so low hash (2mhps) that I don't care.

JSON api isn't showing the correct balance:

e.g.
Code:
{"confirmed_reward":"16176106",...}

When the value is really 0.16178106 or is that expected and I should be dividing by 100000000?

internally triplemining works at all places with satoshi's, to prevent any bugs to appear due to floating point rounding.  So technically the result of the api is not wrong, it's just in a different format Smiley

I've been meaning to ask, why is the title to the thread now [NR 1] ? What does that mean?
