30 direct ASICMINER shares - fixed price

I have 80 direct shares from way back when, and thought I would liquidate some of them.

I am looking to sell 30 direct shares at a fixed price of 3.1

I will be at work for the next few hours, but will check in when I can, so ask whatever you want to know.  I have never sold anything here before, so just ask and I'll try and clear it up.

Open to escrow, buyer pays fees.  I will be getting friedcat to confirm I own these shares shortly.

I was going to remote into my machine to sign a message from my dividend address, but my remote access is acting up today for some reason.  I will post a signed message from my payout address when I get home tonight.  Looks like 20 are already spoken for, so 10 left.

-If you post to buy please be serious, these will all be moved at once, so if you think you will back out, please don't offer to buy.
-Since I am new to this and it make take a day or two, I will pay out any dividends paid after you pay but before the transfer is completed.
-Escrow is available through JohnK, I can post how that works if anyone would like to see it.  Fees paid by the buyer.
-Minimum number of shares is 2, so it is less of a hassle for friedcat.

bittommie, your offer for 1 share is good since it was before the 2 minimum rule

If I missed anything anyone wants to know just ask.

I'm interested in buying 2 shares... BUT, doesn't this need to be confirmed by Friedcat somehow? I'm serious about buying AM shares, but I haven't purchased direct shares before so I don't know how it works.

Anyway, on the condition that the shares are confirmed first, and that someone explains escrow to me, put me down for 2 shares at 3.1...

Here are the escrow instructions I received from John K:

1) Funds get sent to JohnK to his escrow address
2) I initiate the share transfer procedure with friedcat, and ask him to CC all of us.
3) Friedcat confirms the transfer to us directly
4) Funds released to you.

If you want to use escrow start making arrangements with JohnK and direct him to this thread.

But as has been mentioned on several other threads, the escrow isn't really necessary because:

I can prove I own the shares, you can check the signature. 
You can prove you sent payment.
friedcat controls all of the shares anyway, I have no direct control over them, so he transfers them to you.

That being said I completely understand wanting to use escrow, as I said above just contact JohnK to set it up.

I am still waiting on friedcat to confirm these for me, but the signature above does prove I own an address receiving payout for 80 shares.
I don't want to bother friedcat, so I will wait another day or so before PMing him again.

So I may have gone a bit too high, so I want to announce I am lowering the price per share to 3.00 BTC.   Everyone with an order gets the new price too.  If you are comfortable paying me just send a pm and I will respond.  If you are planning on using escrow, start setting it up with JohnK.

I can also start the transfer whenever you would like to pay, friedcat seems to be pretty busy, so if you want this done sooner I am not going to wait for all shares to be sold before starting the transfer. 

As I said I will pay any dividends received after you pay but before the transfer goes through.
