Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

It takes lot of time and work behind mining, it is not a get-rich-quick method. There are lots of risk that you must be willing to take, there are lot of scam trying to lure new people into cloud mining and such - stay away from those.

If you really wan't to do this, try mining some altcoins with your pc - then you ll understand whats going on.

Basically, miners are those who confirms a transaction that took place in the network, they will do this by running algorithms like SHA-256 etc..  For mining, you need to have a basic skill in handling computers and sometimes advanced skill to setup or troubleshoot.

Use this forum to do your research and get familiar with the technology (it is very interesting), then you ll know what exactly you have in hand.

Mining on a broader term is utilisation of the calculation prowess of a computer in solving mathematical algorithms which leads to the continuation of a blockchain.

Try cpu mining only if you got a hashrate of over 30 minimum and you would only be getting about 100 sat (converted in btc) in a day or 2.
If you opt for cloud mining, it will all depend on how much you increase the hash rate to such that the mining yields any withdrawal amount to you.

Pool mining are a little bit more tricky. half the time your antivirus blocks its programs or we dont create the .bat file properly.
For now its not useful.

The best thing you can do is try for staking and that too with new tokens.
A high chance that you get something good and get good staking rewards at half the expense of resources compared to mining.
